Central Valley Community Resources officials have announced their seventh annual crab feed fundraiser for next month.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 10, at the Riverbank Community Center, 3600 Santa Fe St., across from Cardozo Middle School.

Organizers said the menu they will be serving is scheduled to include Caribbean Style Crab, along with shrimp, tri-tip, Jambalaya Rice, corn bread and much more.

The dinner is set for 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a silent auction between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

There will also be music to enjoy and an opportunity for dancing, with DJ Danny spinning the tunes.

Tables for eight are available at a cost of $560, with single tickets priced at $75.

CVCR is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and this annual event is a fundraiser for their project that benefits young adults ages 18 to 21 in their Transitional Housing Placement Program, helping youths that are aging out of the foster care system.
