Those looking for a job or perhaps interested in changing career paths are encouraged to attend a special event, Career Fair 2025, being staged at the Gene Bianchi Community Center in Oakdale. Hours for the event are 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 15 and the center is at 110 S. Second Ave., Oakdale.

The Career Fair is being put on through a cooperative effort of the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce, Opportunity Stanislaus and the City of Oakdale.

Among the employers slated to be on hand are Boyett Petroleum, Foster Farms, Hi-Tech Emergency Vehicle Services, Inc., Chicken Ranch Casino, Oak Valley Hospital District and Oakdale Joint Unified School District. Also, Sierra Pacific Industries, Plastipak, California Natural Products, Select – An Employee Bridge Company, Oakdale Police Department, Addus Homecare, Bank of Stockton, Dhillon Healthcare Group, Associated Feed & Supply Co., and more.
