The Parks and Recreation Department for the City of Riverbank is planning a celebration of Grandparents Day with a breakfast at the Riverbank Community Center. It will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at 3600 Santa Fe St., on Saturday, Sept. 7. Tickets can be arranged at the Parks and Rec office, 6707 Third St., Suite C.
