Christmas is coming early to the Central Valley. The Stanislaus County Fair and the Salvation Army are joining together for a Christmas in July Toy Drive. Bring one new unwrapped toy and receive one free general admission ticket to the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds Summer of Fun FoodMaxx Arena Series presented by Coors Light. All toys raised for the drive will benefit the Salvation Army and Turlock Together’s Christmas Food and Toy Distribution, scheduled on Dec. 18. The toys will be given to needy children in Turlock and surrounding areas this holiday season.

The first 250 people to bring a new unwrapped toy to an Arena Series event will receive one free general admission ticket to that evening’s event. The Arena Series runs Friday through Sunday, July 9 through 11; Friday and Saturday, July 16 and 17; Friday and Saturday, July 23 and 24.

Don’t forget that tickets to the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds Summer of Fun FoodMaxx Arena Series presented by Coors Light are still on sale. Destruction derbies, monster trucks, drag racing, tractor pulls, a car-crushing dinosaur, and much more will be presented in the series. Remember, with the donation of a new unwrapped toy, you’ll receive one free general admission ticket.

Additional tickets can be purchased online at www.stancofair.com. The Fair Box Office is also open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
