On Sunday, Nov. 27 at 1:30 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a family argument. Both parties had separated prior to deputies’ arrival.
At 1:45 p.m. on Sunday, deputies were dispatched to a non-injury two vehicle accident in the 3800 block of Patterson Road, the Village Market parking lot.
On Saturday, Nov. 26 at 10:20 a.m., deputies responded to the report of found property in the 5600 block of Rose Brook Drive.
At 2:40 p.m. on Saturday, deputies responded to the report of a petty theft in the 2600 block of Donner Trail.
Deputies responded to the report of a residential burglary of a vacant home in the 5300 block of Roselle Avenue on Saturday at 3 p.m. Authorities said subjects identified as Jose Valdez and Cynthia Woody were located in the house with stolen property. They were both arrested and booked at county jail.
On Saturday at 8:15 p.m., deputies responded to assist the Modesto Police Department in a pursuit of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle crashed and the driver fled at the intersection of Oakdale Road and Novi Drive.
During the night on Saturday at 11:28 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a traffic collision, minor injuries, at the intersection of Claribel Road and Claus Road.
On Friday, Nov. 25 at 7 a.m., deputies responded to the report of a traffic collision, hit and run, property damage only, at the intersection of Falcon Ridge Lane and Dobbins Lane.
At 9:20 a.m. on Friday, deputies responded to the report of a stolen vehicle in the 1600 block of Hialeah Drive.
On Friday at 12:15 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a traffic collision, with injuries, at the intersection of Alarose Way and Antique Rose Way.
Deputies responded to the report of a traffic collision, property damage only, at the intersection of Patterson Road and Callander Avenue on Friday at 2 p.m.
At 4:10 p.m. on Friday, deputies responded to the report of a theft at Target.
During the late afternoon on Friday at 5:40 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a male annoying a child. The investigation is ongoing.
At 10:40 p.m. on Friday, deputies responded to the report of a traffic collision, property damage only, at the intersection of Squire Wells Way and Heartland Drive.
On Thursday, Nov. 24 at 3:10 p.m., deputies responded to the report of possession of child pornography. The investigation is ongoing.
Deputies responded to the report of a traffic collision with injuries, at the intersection of Patterson Road and Third Street on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. A driver identified as Juan Carlos Rocha Morales, 36, was arrested for driving under the influence and causing a traffic collision with injuries.
On Wednesday, Nov. 23 at 1:15 p.m., deputies responded to a family fight at the River View Garden apartments. A 31-year-old man was arrested for violation of a court order and probation.
At 5 p.m. on Wednesday, deputies responded to the report of child abuse; the investigation is ongoing.
During the evening on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., deputies responded to the report of a traffic collision at the intersection of Patterson Road and First Street.
On Tuesday, Nov. 22 at 10:36 a.m., a report of a business vending machines being broken into was taken. The investigation is ongoing.
At 10:58 a.m. on Tuesday, deputies recovered a stolen vehicle in the 3700 block of Nevada Avenue.
During the night on Tuesday at 9:26 p.m., deputies took a court order violation report.
On Monday, Nov. 21 at 12:51 p.m., deputies were dispatched to Petco on a shoplifting that occurred a few hours prior.
At 1:11 p.m. on Monday, deputies were dispatched to Target on a shoplifting that occurred previously.
During the afternoon on Monday at 2:38 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 2300 block of Crossing Way on a telephone scam that deprived the victim of $14,000.
