Progress is evident in the new building arising on the northeast corner of Third and Stanislaus streets in downtown Riverbank. According to city officials, it’s being built as a Senior Health Center by the county. As passersby have noticed its progress, complaints have shown up on social media, noting that the building now blocks somewhat the view of the mural recently painted on the end of the bank/hotel building, well to the left in this photo, honoring the Del Rio Theatre.
