School officials in the Riverbank Unified School District warn that previous year applications for its free or reduced cost breakfast and lunch program will be expiring soon.
Previous year applications, they say, expire on Sept. 17, so students, including kindergartners, need to register their applications as soon as possible. Families will be responsible for all charges before the application is approved.
They say that applying for free or reduced price meals is an easy, online procedure, at https://riverbankusd.strataapps.com.
The grab and go breakfast and lunch meals are available for families at California Avenue School, Cardozo Middle School and Riverbank Language Academy from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.
Another round of grab-n-go is being provided Monday through Friday at Cardozo Middle School, from 11 a.m. to noon.
