Drivers along Claribel Road between Oakdale Road and the new Costco have been noticing the latest construction and most likely the next business to be open in the burgeoning Crossroads West Shopping Center. It will be a Riverbank branch of Chase Bank, joining the 876 branches already located here in California. Work is also continuing as site preparation is underway at the lot on the east side of the Costco.
