A normally busy intersection in the heart of downtown Riverbank is quiet over the weekend. The Third at Santa Fe streets corner separates City Hall North from City Hall South, the Plaza del Rio Park and the historic bank building, begun in 1911. Even on weekdays, the traffic in and around Riverbank is diminished following the Governor’s stay-at-home advisory.
