Riverbank motorists may have noticed a slight change along Patterson Road, at the corner with Estelle Avenue, as Prime Shine became Mister Car Wash recently. Mister Car Wash is based in Arizona and now sports 320 car washes across 21 states.

It happened quietly, but motorists, especially those with dirty vehicles, are being affected by a change in ownership of Riverbank’s largest full-service car wash. Prime Shine has been taken over by Mister Car Wash.

Located at the corner of Patterson Road and Estelle Avenue, the Riverbank location is one of 19 shops purchased by the Arizona-based company. Prime Shine was based in Modesto.

In addition to two in Modesto, the local sites include the one in Riverbank, and those in Ceres, Turlock, Manteca, Lodi, Oakdale, Atwater, Patterson, Merced, Tracy and Los Banos.

Mister Car Wash now owns 320 locations across 21 states.
