Citizens of Riverbank are invited to hear Mayor Richard D. O’Brien deliver his State of the City address on Thursday evening, March 9.

Scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m., the event will be hosted at the Riverbank Community Center, 3600 Santa Fe St., across from Cardozo Middle School, and next door to the Riverbank Teen Center.
