Anastacio Arras Gutierrez, 85, of Riverbank, died Monday, Feb. 7 at Oak Valley Care Center.
A native of Mexico, he lived in Riverbank for 18 years. He was a tool room foreman at Gerber's Product Company for 20 years. He served in the U.S. Army during WW II. He was a member of the Oakdale Saddle Club.
He is survived by his children, Edward Gutierrez of Vista, Tom Gutierrez of Oakdale, Andy Gutierrez of Ione, Arnold Gutierrez and John Gutierrez, both of Riverbank; eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther Gutierrez.
Graveside service was held on Friday, Feb. 11 at Oaklawn Memorial Park. No visitation.
