Delphine Houser was born in Ohio. Then moved to California after starting her family. She lived in Livermore followed by Oakdale for many years. Delphine was a mother to three, a grandmother, great-grandmother, sister to three siblings, aunt and great aunt.

She loved her family and missed Ohio! She loved music (played the piano), flowers, plants, canasta, and most games. She will be greatly missed.
