Patricia “Patti” Ann Graff, 77, passed away peacefully with her children by her side on January 6, 2025. Born on February 25, 1947 in Oakdale, California. She graduated from Oakdale High in 1965. She was a proud member of Jobs Daughters. She enjoyed many years of traveling around the world. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends, being near the ocean and caring for others.

She is survived by her children Leigh Ann Hazard (John), Jeffrey Graff (Kristin), Valerie Moore (Jonnie), two grandchildren Justin and Alexis Graff, and her three siblings John McCoy, Pam Odom and Jack McCoy. A celebration of life will be shared with family and friends in the Spring.
