Richard E. Sill, 57, died Thursday, Oct. 18 after a long battle with rheumatoid arthritis and lung disease. He was born in Modesto and was raised in Riverbank and Oakdale.
Mr. Sill was a husband, father, brother, friend and neighbor.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Debbie Sill; daughters, Lisa Sill of Oakdale and Samantha Sill of Valley Home; son, Jarrod Sill of Modesto; and grandson, Richard Silva of Oakdale; sisters, Kathryn Sill, Delores Bock and Shirley Dillon; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
No services. A celebration of life gathering to be announced at a later date.
