Ruby Suguitan Cassidy, 77, died Monday, Aug. 3 at her Riverbank home.
She was a native of California. She lived in Riverbank for 65 years.
She worked as a home caregiver for 10 years.
She is survived by her children, Frances Amesquita, Margaret Pryor, Shannen Mattingly, all of Modesto, Juanita Scott of Salida, Dora Cavaggion of Livermore, Debbie Valk-Bradshaw of Knights Ferry; sisters, Eva Valverde of Oakdale, Florence Trapp of Modesto; brothers, Louie Bugarin, Fred Fernandez, both of Modesto, John Fernandez of Riverbank, Leonard Bugarin of Nevada; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 14 at Calvary Temple, 1601 Coffee Road, Modesto.
