SUNDAY, DEC. 22
1:08 a.m. – Deputies investigated a hit and run vehicle collision in the 2100 block of Silverock. One adult male was arrested for resisting and drunk in public. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
8:52 a.m. – Theft of packages investigated by deputies in the 5300 block of Fig Tree.
SATURDAY, DEC. 21
12:33 a.m. – Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a vehicle code violation near Claribel Road and Machado Parkway. The driver was found to be in possession of a small amount of narcotics. He was issued a citation and released.
3:04 a.m. – Family disturbance investigation in the 2700 block of Topeka Street. No crime was reported; however, the incident was documented based on prior incidents at the residence.
3:49 a.m. – Deputies investigated an alarm call at BevMo. When they arrived on scene, they located the front door had been broken and the business had been burglarized. Deputies were able to obtain video surveillance from the business which showed three suspects enter the business. Detectives will be conducting follow-up to try to identify the suspects.
4:12 p.m. – Restraining order violation complaint in the 2400 block of Browns Court. It was determined the restraining order had not yet been served. The incident was documented for future reference.
6:40 p.m. – Deputies investigated a non-injury vehicle collision at Topeka Street and Callander Avenue.
6:46 p.m. – Theft investigation at Save Mart. Deputies have video surveillance of the incident and are working on identifying the suspect.
7:27 p.m. – Deputies investigated a non-injury vehicle collision in the 3100 block of Atchison Street. When deputies arrived on scene, the parties involved had already exchanged information, so no report was taken.
8:16 p.m. – Report of possible underage drinking investigated by deputies near River Cove Drive and Prestwick Drive. An adult male was arrested for providing alcohol to a minor. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
FRIDAY, DEC. 20
3:59 p.m. – Deputies stopped a subject on a bicycle for a vehicle code violation near River Cove Drive and Dunbar Lane. The subject was found to have a warrant for his arrest. A search of his person revealed he was in possession of drug paraphernalia and narcotics. An adult male was transported to the Stanislaus Detection Center and booked.
6:43 p.m. – Family disturbance investigated by deputies in the 3000 block of Atchison Street. An adult male was arrested for domestic battery. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
8:02 p.m. – Deputies investigated a subject who was found deceased in his residence in the 3600 block of California. There were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
10:49 p.m. – Family disturbance in the 6100 block of Claus Road investigated by deputies. The argument was determined to only be verbal, and no crime was reported.
THURSDAY, DEC. 19
9:38 a.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Petco.
10:33 a.m. – A subject known to deputies to have an active warrant for his arrest was located. The adult male was arrested for multiple warrants without incident. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.
1:16 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of credit card fraud in the 2000 block of Claribel.
WEDNESDAY, DEC. 18
3:08 a.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle burglary in the 2300 block of Crossing.
7:47 a.m. – Vehicle collision investigated by deputies at Claus and Claribel.
10:23 a.m. – Deputies located and arrested an adult male that provided a false name the night before when he was arrested for theft.
2:10 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigated by deputies at Atchison and First.
4:21 p.m. – Deputies investigated a fight at Costco.
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS
On Dec. 17, Traffic Deputies participated in C.I.T.E. (County Integrated Traffic Enforcement) Team in the City of Oakdale.
On Dec. 17, Riverbank Detectives, Deputies and CSO conducted an (ORC) Organized Retail Crime Operation at the Crossroads shopping Center.
On Dec. 18, Riverbank Police Services conducted the annual Shop with a Cop program. Several families with children shopped with deputies for clothing, shoes, blankets, etc. The families were invited to the Community Center after for pizza, more gifts for the kids and a visit from Santa and the Grinch.
On Dec. 19, CRD Buck, SRO Johnson, Detectives, Traffic and CSO Lundrigan assisted SVOU Deputies with the Fill the Boat Toy Drive at Kohls and Crossroads Shopping Center.
