MONDAY, MARCH 31

7:20 a.m. – Deputies investigated a hit and run vehicle collision in the 6400 block of Oakdale.

11:48 a.m. – Riverbank deputies assisted Oakdale Police with a barricaded subject in the 2300 block of Naturewood.

 

SUNDAY, MARCH 30

11:50 p.m. – Deputies contacted a subject in Pioneer Park after the posted hours. The subject initially gave his brother’s name and was arrested for providing false identifying information. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

SATURDAY, MARCH 29

8:29 a.m. – Vehicle collision investigation by deputies at Roselle and Patterson.

12:52 p.m. – Deputies checked a fruit vendor who possibly had her child in a harness tied to a pole while she sold fruit. She was contacted, detained and ultimately released. She was also told she is trespassing as there is a no trespassing letter on file.

 

FRIDAY, MARCH 28

8:46 a.m. – Family fight investigation in the 3200 block of Atchison.

2:35 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision in the 2200 block of Patterson.

3:34 p.m. – Missing persons report investigated in the 2700 block of River Cove.

 

THURSDAY, MARCH 27

9:43 a.m. – Deputies stopped a subject they knew had a warrant. An adult female was arrested, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

3:58 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigation at Jackson and Patterson.

4:24 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft in the 5600 block of Homewood.

8:41 p.m. – Family fight investigation in the 6000 block of Bessac. One female adult was arrested for domestic violence. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

10:17 p.m. – Deputies investigated a subject that had been drinking and driving. One adult male was arrested for DUI. He was given a citation and released after signing a promise to appear.

 

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 26

4:26 a.m. – Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding. The vehicle failed to yield and continued to the Kaiser emergency room. The driver told deputies his wife was in labor. Deputies got emergency personnel to the vehicle and the couple welcomed a baby boy.

1:39 p.m. – Bicycle stop by deputies for a subject on a bike. The male was on probation and searchable. Drugs and drug paraphernalia were located on his person. He was arrested, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

1:44 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of fraud in the 5200 block of Roselle.

7:04 p.m. – Theft investigated by deputies in the 5200 block of Squire Wells.

7:43 p.m. – Deputies assisted Modesto Police with taking a subject into custody for warrants in the 2700 block of Topeka.

10:10 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigation at Prospectors Parkway and Westgate.

 

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

On March 25, Riverbank traffic deputies participated in C.I.T.E. Team in the City of Newman, providing extra traffic enforcement in the area.

Friday, March 28, SRO Johnson, Traffic Deputy Maldonado and CRD Tovar did a presentation for the staff and children at the Riverbank HeadStart Program.
