On Sunday, May 14 at 9:46 a.m., deputies investigated a vehicle theft on Harness Court.

At 7 p.m. on Sunday, deputies investigated a hit and run collision with no injuries in the 2700 block of Patterson Road.

Deputies assisted with a water rescue at Jacob Myers Park on Sunday at 7:23 p.m. A teenage male was stranded on a fallen tree along the river under the train trestle. The male was brought to shore by a Fire Department boat and was uninjured.

On Saturday, May 13 at 9 a.m., deputies investigated a vehicle theft in the 3800 block of Stanislaus Street.

At 10:24 a.m. on Saturday, deputies investigated a domestic incident at Castleberg Park.

On Friday, May 12 at 5:26 p.m., deputies investigated a domestic incident in the downtown area.

On Thursday, May 11 at 7:46 a.m. deputies responded to the 2700 block of Patterson Road for a missing person that returned home.

At 12:49 p.m. on Thursday deputies responded to the 2500 block of River Cove for an identity theft report. The investigation is ongoing.

Deputies responded to Castleberg Park for a report of juveniles on the roof of the bathroom on Thursday at 4:05 p.m. Several broken roof tiles were found on the ground around the bathrooms. There is little suspect information.

On Wednesday, May 10 at 12:47 p.m. deputies responded to the 3600 block of California Avenue for a report of vandalism.

At 1:36 p.m. on Wednesday deputies responded to the 5300 block of Prospectors Parkway for a burglary report. The investigation is ongoing.

Detectives served a search warrant in the 2700 block of Topeka Street related to financial crimes on Wednesday at 1:54 p.m. A 30-year-old woman was arrested for an outstanding warrant and crimes related to the search warrant.

At 2:44 p.m. on Wednesday deputies responded to the substation for a found property report.

At 8:42 p.m. on Wednesday deputies responded to the 3700 block of Kentucky Avenue for a traffic collision. No injuries were reported.

On Tuesday, May 9 at 8:59 a.m. deputies responded to Atchison and Fourth Streets for a security check of a subject yelling at passing motorists and in the roadway. The subject was located and stated they did not need help.

At 3:29 p.m. on Tuesday deputies responded to the 6100 block of Claus Road for a missing person report. The subject was entered into the missing person system and the report was forwarded to the jurisdiction the subject lives in.

At 7:14 p.m. on Tuesday deputies responded to Ulta for a theft report. There is limited suspect information, the investigation is ongoing.

Deputies responded to the 2600 block of Patterson Road for a missing person report on Tuesday at 9:18 p.m. The person was entered into the missing person system. The investigation is ongoing.

On Monday, May 8 at 11 a.m. deputies responded to the 3500 block of Virginia Avenue for a vehicle burglary. There was no suspect information.

At 11:19 a.m. on Monday deputies responded to Claribel Road and Squire Wells Way for a vehicle collision. The investigation is ongoing.

At 5:36 p.m. on Monday deputies responded to the 5900 block of Chancellor Way for a family fight. A 36-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

Deputies responded to the 2600 block of Topeka Street for a family fight on Monday at 8:03 p.m. One party was contacted and told deputies the argument was verbal only and the other party had left prior to deputies’ arrival.

At 8:05 p.m. on Monday deputies attempted a traffic stop for a vehicle driving very slowly in a 40 MPH zone. The vehicle did not stop and a short pursuit took place. The driver was contacted after stopping in front of his residence. The 23-year-old man was subsequently arrested for the pursuit and resisting arrest. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

At 8:17 p.m. on Monday deputies responded to Fifth and Sierra Streets for a subject stating they were assaulted. The investigation is ongoing.
