MONDAY, AUG. 12

3:42 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision at Westgate and Oakdale.

8:25 p.m. – Court order violation complaint investigation; one male adult was arrested, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

SUNDAY, AUG. 11

2:29 a.m. – Deputies stopped a vehicle for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. An adult male was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

 

SATURDAY, AUG. 10

2:16 a.m. – Family disturbance reported in the 5400 block of Etherington Court. After an investigation by deputies, an adult male was arrested for domestic violence. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

12:18 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of a subject running into a business armed with a firearm in the 2600 block of Patterson Road. The report was unfounded after checking the business and speaking with employees.

11:44 p.m. – Deputies investigated a disturbance in the 5900 block of Roselle Avenue. An adult female was arrested for burglary. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

 

FRIDAY, AUG. 9

7:56 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family disturbance in the 2800 block of Stanislaus Street.

1:12 p.m. – Family disturbance in the 2900 block of Fern Court. An adult male was arrested by deputies for a restraining order violation. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

1:16 p.m. – Deputies investigated a family disturbance in the 6000 block of Tennessee Avenue.

3:53 p.m. – Foot patrol conducted by deputies on the Stanislaus River near Atchison and Topeka streets. They contacted an adult male who was believed to have warrants for his arrest and was trespassing. The subject fled from deputies and could not be located at the time. Deputies checked the river the following day on Aug. 10 and located the subject. He was taken into custody, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

5:34 p.m. – Deputies investigated a family disturbance in the 5700 block of Rose Brook Court.

8:53 p.m. – Vehicle collision involving minor injuries reported at Stanislaus and Fourth streets.

 

THURSDAY, AUG. 8

1:46 a.m. – Deputies stopped a subject on a bicycle for not having lighting equipment. The adult male was arrested for an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

4:02 a.m. – Family fight investigation in the 5700 block of Rosebrook. One adult female was arrested for domestic violence. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

12:30 p.m. – Riverbank deputies assisted with a hit and run at McHenry and Bangs in Modesto. One male adult was arrested for the incident and for kicking out the back window of a patrol vehicle. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

1:57 p.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight in the 3800 block of Texas. One adult male was arrested for domestic violence. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

3:42 p.m. – A subject known to have an outstanding warrant was located by deputies. The adult male was arrested without incident. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

5:40 p.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight in the 2500 block of Patterson. One adult male was arrested for domestic violence. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

7:49 p.m. – Investigation by deputies into a reported sexual assault in the 3400 block of Atchison.

 

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 7

9:32 a.m. – Deputies investigated a report of a missing person in the 5900 block of Newbrook.

1:48 p.m. – Report of theft by false pretenses in the 2200 block of Patterson.

3:59 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft from Save Mart. Three subjects were arrested.
