MONDAY, SEPT. 2

12:01 a.m. – Deputies conducted a traffic stop. During the stop ammunition was found behind the passenger who was on probation and prohibited from having in his possession. The passenger was arrested for the probation violation. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

4:23 p.m. – Theft investigation by deputies investigated in the 5700 block of Rose Brook.

5:27 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of a court order violation in the 5900 block of Newbrook.

8:49 p.m. – Report of a domestic violence restraining order violation in the 6100 block of Tennessee.

10:28 p.m. – Deputies investigated a report of a missing person in the 2800 block of Ross. The missing person is 40 years old and told her mother she was leaving.

 

SUNDAY, SEPT. 1

5:12 a.m. – Fight investigation by deputies in the Patterson Road area. The reporting party was unable to say where he was and did not want to pursue the matter further.

2:55 p.m. – Deputies investigated a theft at Kohls.

7:32 p.m. – Theft investigation by deputies at Kohls.

 

SATURDAY, AUG. 31

12:49 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family disturbance in the 2500 block of Patterson Road. An adult male was arrested for domestic violence. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

7:55 a.m. – Responded to a report of a deceased subject. There were no suspicious circumstances regarding the death and the Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office released the body to a funeral home of the family’s choice.

9:24 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family disturbance in the 5700 block of Rose Brook Court.

4:21 p.m. – Family disturbance reported in the 6300 block of Eighth Street.

 

FRIDAY, AUG. 30

11:46 a.m. – Deputies responded to the 6000 block of Howard for a subject that had passed away. The Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office released the subject to a funeral home of the family’s choice.

3:21 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigation at Oakdale and Claribel roads.

4:08 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vandalism in the 5700 block of Celestino Court.

6:08 p.m. – Family disturbance investigated by deputies in the 6000 block of Tennessee Avenue. An adult male was arrested for domestic violence and violation of a restraining order. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

10:39 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision with minor injuries at Claribel and Claus roads.

10:41 p.m. – Theft report investigated by deputies at Galaxy Theatre on Patterson Road.

 

THURSDAY, AUG. 29

1:46 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision at Claribel and Squire Wells.

2:07 p.m. – Theft reported at Home Depot; deputies investigated and one male adult was arrested for the theft. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

5 p.m. – Deputies investigated a fight in the 2900 block of Ross. One male adult was arrested for an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

8:10 p.m. – Vehicle collision investigation at Oakdale and Patterson roads.

10 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision at Westgate and Oakdale.

 

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 28

3:18 a.m. – Deputies investigated a family fight in the 3700 block of Arizona. One male adult had a warrant put out for his arrest for domestic violence.

7:55 a.m. – Report of a vehicle collision involving four vehicles at Fourth Street and Atchison investigated by deputies.

1:50 p.m. – Deputies investigated a vehicle collision in the 5300 block of Claus.

2:59 p.m. – Report of possible extortion; deputies investigated a report after a subject sent photos to an unknown person that was now threatening to send photos to others if not paid a certain amount of money.

4:07 p.m. – Deputies stopped a vehicle at Patterson and Estelle. The driver was contacted and ultimately arrested for DUI. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

6:58 p.m. – Report of a restraining order violation in the 3600 block of Kentucky.

 

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

CRD Buck and deputies assisted Army Corp of Engineers from August 27 through August 29 as they were cleaning up the river between Claus and Eighth Street.
