The City of Action recently welcomed a new staff member; as Beckie Robbins was introduced at a recent city council meeting and is serving as the Assistant Finance Director. She began working in the finance department in July and has a background in municipal government, having worked for the City of Escalon for almost 16 years.

Robbins started as an Account Clerk there and advanced to the position of Accountant. Her background in government finance, experience in supervising front office staff overseeing utilities, payroll, and human resources, amongst other duties, “makes her a great addition to our Finance Department and City of Riverbank team,” according to Tammy Alcantor, Assistant City Manager.
