Youngsters, families, and various other trick or treaters descended on Riverbank neighborhoods on Monday, Oct. 31 celebrating Halloween across town. Some homes were decorated, with ghosts, goblins, spooks, or just light shows to help visitors to enjoy the holiday, while others just lit their front porch lights. Treats seemed to be the order of the day in most areas and the weather was perfect, with a light rain shower holding off until Tuesday around the region.
