The Riverbank Library offers tax preparation assistance every Wednesday in March from 4 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Taxpayers must bring identification and social security cards for each person on their tax return, and the previous year’s tax return if available. The Mayor’s Book Club will be held on Monday, March 11 at 11 a.m. Following Story Time, Mayor Richard O’Brien will read to preschoolers and their families.
On Tuesday, March 12 at 3:30 p.m. kids can enjoy the Art Lab: One Fish Two Fish where they will paint wacky fish characters based on the Dr. Seuss book One, Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish.
Friends of the Library will have a meeting on Tuesday, March 12 at 5 p.m.
Interested parties can attend an Intermediate Word (Word Processing) class on Friday, March 15 at 10:30 a.m. Call 209-869-7008 to sign up. Space is limited.
There will be a Leather Key Fob Craft hosted on Tuesday, March 19 at 3:30 p.m. Come try your hand at a little leather crafting. This craft is appropriate for ages 13 and above.
Great Valley Museum: Animal Adventure will be held on Thursday, March 21 at 3:30 p.m. This hands-on program features fur, skin, shells, live insects, amphibians and reptiles. Space is limited: tickets given out an hour before the program.
The Riverbank Library Teen Book Club will meet on Friday, March 22 at 3:30 p.m. This month’s book is Unwind by Neal Shusterman. Light refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Riverbank Library.
On Tuesday, March 26 at 4 p.m. the Riverbank Library Book Club will have a discussion of the Boys in the Boat by Daniel Brown.
