Members of the Transitional Kindergarten class Cohort A take to their playground, celebrating their first recess as part of a return to classroom study at Mesa Verde Elementary School. Riverbank Unified School District classes have resumed, effective Monday, Nov. 2, with TK and Kindergarten the first to return, on a hybrid schedule. First through third graders will return to a hybrid schedule on Monday, Nov. 9, and fourth/fifth graders are expected to resume on a hybrid schedule on Monday, Nov. 30. A schedule for the return of sixth, seventh and eighth graders has not yet been announced for Cardozo Middle School, or for the high school.
